All BACB Sporting Clays league competitions are conducted according to National Sporting Clays Association (NSCA) rules. League competitions are typically on the Rattlesnake Course.
For the Winter League only, 5-stand competitions replace sporting clays, due to the need for daylight.
For Sporting Clays and 5-stand, competitions consist of 50 targets each session. Shooters are responsible for their target cards and ammo. If a team member misses a week, make-up scores or shoot-ahead scores may be conducted on Wednesdays during league. Other arrangements to make up scores may be made through the BACB League Coordinator, Paul Jacobs. Scores for trophies are based on High Overall, 1st, 2nd, & 3rd, plus High Team. Team competitions are based on the top 3 scores of each team.
For those who register without a team, the shooter will be placed on a team which needs to fill its squad.
